    All our shareware programs, and the associated documentation are copyright Microhill Inc, 2005, all rights reserved. The softwares may not be circulated in any incomplete or modified form, nor sold for profit, without written permission of the author.

    As part of our service, Microhill Inc. agrees to provide freely downloadable evaluation versions of this software. Microhill Inc. agrees to provide this service free of charge. Upon notice published by Microhill Inc., Microhill Inc. may amend or modify these Terms of Service at any time.


 Distribution of the Evaluation Edition

    You may copy the Evaluation Edition of the software and documentation as you wish, and give exact copies of the original Evaluation Edition to anyone, and distribute the Evaluation Edition of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. But you should not charge or request donations for any such copies however made, or from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products without the author's written permission.


 Permanent License

    A permanent license entitles the holder to use the program forever (such license keys will never expire.) The initial purchase price includes free software updates. Refund is generally not available after 7 days following the initial date when the activation code is sent to the end user.


 DISCLAIMER

    The software is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The person using the software bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the software and the service fee possibly charged by any other third-party (mainly from the user's mobile service provider). The author will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages due to loss of data or any other reason, even if the author or an agent of the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the author's liability for any damages ever exceed the price paid for the license to use the software, regardless of the form of the claim.
